It's time to start planning your trip to Newport Beach for the WBEA/CBEA 2012 Joint Regional Conference, February 16-20. Fee information is on both the WBEA and CBEA websites. In addition, you can see the entire agenda for times of all sessions, meals, and activities, FAQs about the hotel and conference, and even weather information!

You may fly into any of the three nearby airports: Orange County (Santa Ana /John Wayne), Long Beach, or Los Angeles International Airport. The Fairmont Hotel offers free transportation to and from the Orange County Airport. Super Shuttle (advance reservation required) runs shuttles to the hotel from the other two airports. In addition, there is a Hertz Rent-a-Car desk at the Fairmont Hotel.

Our current promotion is for a room upgrade to an executive suite for one of the first fifty WBEA or CBEA members who register for the conference!

We would like to remind all conference attendees to join the Fairmont President's Club before making your hotel reservation. Membership has its perks including free WiFi in your hotel room!
